Chung-Hsien (Stanley) Hsu received the B.S. degree in Computer and Information Science from Aletheia University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2002, the M.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Tatung University, Taipei, Taiwan, in Jun. 2004, and the Ph.D degree in Communications Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2009. He was with the MediaTek Inc., Hsinchu, Taiwan, as an engineer between May and November 2008, working on the design of MAC protocols for IEEE 802.16m standard. Since December 2009, he has been with the Industrial Technology Research Institute, Hsinchu, Taiwan, as an engineer.
